I hurt my hands at the batting cages yesterday, is there any way to make them feel better? I have tryouts tonight.

I was using the fast cage and when I would hit it the bat would sting and vibrate, now my hands feel bruised. any way to make them feel better? I used gloves and the bat was aluminum.

As Tritonprince, stated Epson Salt works really well, I used it a lot while I playing Fastpitch and swimming in High School.

Keep it in an ice water bath, stretch it a lot, and take it easy.
