Yes u can but u need to be careful where u go, if the place looks dirty or they use the same files on people without sanitizing them u can get bad a bad fungus or other diseases. My nails are parer thin and I have had acrylic on the for 10 years. if they hurt u when u get them on or when they r putting them on don't do it there are other products u can do, the no chip manicure, gel overlays ect...
I have short nails cause I can't quit bitin them but to my husband and many men it's a turn off. So I keep them done. I go to the nail salon and ask for a full set. When they are filing down on ur thin brittle real nails, it stings a little. The little pain is worth the outcome though.
Umm when you get them it doesn't hurt but when you take them off it takes the part layer of your nail off so I'd be careful. But I've only had fake nails once or twice and pulled mine off. I probably didn't do it the right way lol. Just be careful
Acrylic nails are my favorite but it's going to cause damage to your real nail taking away from the strength of the nail so if and when you take off your acrylic nails your real nails will be weak and may hurt then! but they look so good, it's worth the risk. Ha!
