Do i have any legal recourse if my wife is cyber stalking me?

she is a cyber bully too

You can file a case in the court, accusing her of cyber stalking you. This has now become a crime, since people are threatening others via the internet. The effects of stalking can either be loss of personal safety, or even being psychologically tortured.
