Yes. He is very existant. He is the greatest scientist ever to exist. He is also responsible and loving. Many atheists will say otherwise, but then it is just mortal science versus true and irrefutable science. If you say that there is no science in the bible, then you obviously haven't done your homework. The bible deals with all kimds of sciences. zoology, astronomy, geology, biology, meteorology, etc. the list goes on forever and covers all subjects. hebrews 11:3 even goes over the microscopic saying " things which are seen were not made up of things which do appear". Hope that clears things up
God is many different things to many different people. Most of them believe blindly (by way of faith) that their exist a creator of all things, even down to the purpose of your life. Some people claim that they can have conversations with their god(s). Now, there is no actual physical proof of a god- say like, the keyboard you are using right now, it had a creator and your proof is on the bottom- Made in China (most likely). Others do not believe in any god. I would suggest looking into ontology and specifically at the ontological argument for the existence of god. This is a branch of philosophy. Good luck! Cheers!
I say if you believe he is, then he is. But in my honest opinion, god could have been real a long time ago, and could have done great things, but he didn't have special powers. He can't make the virgin Mary pregnant if she's a virgin, and he didn't create man. Man was started with a small speck of life. And I also think Jesus was real, but he didn't walk on water. Honestly I don't get why people worship god when he killed his own son, because of other people. If somebody sacrificed someone for other peoples sins, it's considered murder. But believe whatever you want.
Not in the sense that it makes a difference in observable reality. It's an idea like hope or fear. Whether you believe or not does not makes any meaningful difference in it's most basic components. You might find you identify with certain banners more so when you believe or less so if not but at the core that is a choice not a result and depends on your person. God makes no meaningful difference in observable reality or is a fallacious denotation for an idea so broad it also makes no difference. I would say 'no.'
I believe in God just as much as I believe in gravity. If you are interested in studying I recommend you Start here http://web.mnstate.edu/gracyk/courses/web%20publishing/aquinasFiveWays_ArgumentAnalysis.htm And here http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teleological_argument#_ Just remember these are starting points. As you study you will find arguments, counter arguments, and counter arguments for the counter arguments. Ultimately, there is an element of faith. But faith is not a bad thing, nor is it limited to religion. Faith encompasses all aspects of human life. Even in science we do not accept absolutes. So, it is normal to get discouraged during our studies, and question ourselves. It is at these times we must remember all of our findings, and how the Lord has blessed us with our own miracles in our lives. I recommend speaking with a religious leader you trust, especially if he/she is a theologian. God bless and happy studying. :)
God is a psychological phenomenon, not a physical one. Hence, he's NOT real. What is real, needs not any assertion or endorsement. Like the sun is real & you need not ask anyone for its reality. Now, if god was real, why would you doubt it & ask that question? Ought not the reality of god (he being the ultimate absolute), be more obvious than the reality of sun? But, ALAS!!
In our age seeking God can leave one confused. There is so much variety and varied opinions out there, One only has to read these messages to find them. A lot of issues are based on science theory etc. Another observation would be nothing in the bible has ever been proven to be untrue, and often science, especially archeology, has actually enhanced the bible's credibility. Science once told us the earth was flat & the sun revolved it. Yes, it is a matter of faith, but faith from your heart as moved by the Holy Spirit. Our world needs God more than ever, we only need to open our hearts and accept his guidance in our lives.
Yes. God is the ultimate reality. He is actually holding all things in existence. If God stopped doing so, we would cease to exist, but He would continue to exist. We know God exists through revelation which comes to us through Scripture and Sacred Tradition, and by our own intellects. Sacred Tradition includes the truths of the Catholic faith passed on by the apostles, which were not necessarily committed to writing, It is the common life, worship, and teaching of the Body of Christ, in union with the successors of the apostles, the bishops, and the successor of Peter, the pope. In the Bible, God reveals "I Am" (Ex 3:14) and "I am the Alpha and the Omega" (Rev 1:8), which means He is the beginning and end of all things. God also has some harsh words for those who deny He exists: "The fool says in his heart there is no God" (Ps 14:1, 53:2).

I know for a fact that God is real. He is with me all the time every day. It might sound scary but he is everywhere! That's great but a little scary. He even knows what you are going to think before you think it! what you are going to say before you say it. But you if still dont believe... 'i'd rather live life like there is a God and die to find out there isnt, than live like there isnt and die to find out there is.' If you are into reading there is even a Book filled with his words. The Bible.
Here's the easy way to put it, everything you see around you is from something greater than what you see. Why would anyone want to wait and see if God exists? When you die, would you rather know that He exists, or would you rather want to take the chance that depicts an eternity in hevan or an eternity i hell where you don't get any sort of break or relief? Think about that before you keep on waiting, no single person is guaranteed a tomorrow.
Creation is indicative of a creator..We are estranged f/ God bc of our sins.We inherit our sin-nature f/ Adam & Eve.Jesus came to show us what God is like & to become a sin offering f/ our sins. When God's Spirit gets u to realize this & u trust Jesus u begin to know God; Jesus is the only way you'll KNOW god bc it is thru him your sins are forgiven. The bible will teach u abt God.He will reveal himself, fill u with his spirit giving u power to live an overcoming life.He loves u & wants u to know him.Don't let anything stop u--Satan exists & he doesn't want u to know the truth & get free.Jesus will give u a joy you've never had before.
