So i cheated on my diet with a big burger and some pizza today, should i be OK if i get back on track tomorrow?

Of course. Just get up in the morning. Run 5 miles, then clean the house, cut the grass, wash the car, and eat only carrots and celery. Na just joking, I would only drink water.
Im on a diet and ive read that once a week you should do a one meal that is like a break and it will actually help your as long as its not like a 3000 calorie meal!! But good luck!
