My guess is, they didn't like: 1) Some of the poll questions. 2) The "Do I look *blank*? or "Am I *blank* questions that people seem to cant stop asking. 3) And that some people answers and questions sometimes get deleted even though there wasnt anything wrong with them. ._. Tell me if I'm incorrect or missed something. Though, I'm not leaving ...since I kinda do like helping people..
I am considering leaving as well and most likely will. The site seems to have changed and with poll questions being allowed many questions become who is better Beiber or so and so. I find that the personal issues amongst the users has increased noticeably as well.
I would like to see this site split into two different sites. One site for 10-18 year olds and one site for 19 years old and above. The tweens and teens get tired of looking at questions of a more adult nature and the more mature users are REALLY getting tired of the teeny bopper questions, as nerual16 said in her answer.
Waayyyyy to much filtering!! I just responded to 3 comments and they didn't post because apparently ask didn't approve of my responses. Sooo, I wasted time with what I thought were intelligent response considering the topics but, Ask didn't. Toooo controlled. I love the format but wish it wasn't so babysat...
Dear Otter, I want to answer your question with the last part of a comment I made to HotChelleRae (which is normally not like me to do unless I feel someone is being hateful to an "asker" and then my "feathers get a bit ruffled." My answer: I've seen it change because of the non-caring answers being allowed. But I didn't know people were "leaving." I LOVE Ask.com and we've still got a lot of good people on here. So you just keep coming with those questions, honey, and we'll see if we can help. God Bless!
