Take pills/tablet with milk instead of water, is it ok.?

Report as

Depends on what they are. I know that it's not a good idea to take antibiotics with milk, as it will interfere with it's effectiveness. There are other pills that have similar issues I think, and it's not only milk that causes probables, so water is generally the best choice.

It is not advisable to take your pills with milk instead of water. This is because milk has calcium, which absorbs the fighting agents in the pills you are taking. Read more: www.healthkicker.com/697049266/taking-pills-with-anything-besides-water-can-be-dangerous/.
