I would say not likely. You may have good income but not having good credit is a problem.

Improve your credit score, take out your loans and minimize debts before you consider buying a house.

Be wary of lease-purchase contracts. Most require you to finance purchase later with your own credit. "Contracts of Sale/for Deed" are usually bad for buyers, too.
