what is a good simple meal to make on a hot day ?

I really don't want to turn the stove on ,but I will if it's something quick, also ; when its hot you kind of don't really have an appetite ; since you been drinking so much water, and liquids ,so those anyone know of some mouth watering recipe wich is ideal for this situation.

Pasta salad! It's quick to make & cold, so it's good for eating in hot weather!
