Is heaven and hell in other dimesions, or are they part of this universe?

I say this because I am a bit foggy. If heaven and hell are outside this universe then that would imply that our souls are just a form of matter/energy that isn't natural to this universe and suggests that the human body is the only thing keeping it in this dimension. We were created in God's image, so that would make sense. But is there any verse in the bible that claims that heaven and hell are in THIS universe?

Not part if this universe. If thinking in terms of 'another dimension' helps you then go ahead. Thats probably about as accurate as a human brain can grasp.

Is there a verse pertaining to that though?

The concept during most of the Biblical periods was that the world was a flat disc with the Abyss a physical realm below the Earth and the Heavens a physical realm above the Earth. Sheol and Hades were sometimes viewed as temporary holding cells of conscious, unconscious, or tormented souls. In the New Testament we get a new motif--Heaven is in our midst, and the afterlife will be a physical resurrection onto a new Earth with new skies. It kind of maintains the temporary holding cell between death an resurrection, but this may be metaphorical.

But the bible dejects the fact that the world is a flat disk in job 38:14. Is there any inclination in the bible itself that says where heaven or hell might lay?

Job 38:14 "It is changed like clay under the seal; And they stand forth like a garment." Not following you. The viewpoint presented in the Bible does change with time. Whatever you're looking for here in Job, if not flat, contradicts elsewhere, like Isaiah 40:21-22 that speaks directly of the disc (sometimes "circle" or "compass") and its foundation. The NT presents Heaven as here and now, requiring us to change our way of thinking. A metaphysical afterlife came from Plato and was rejected by Jesus in lieu for a physical resurrection. Revelation refers to the abyss I mentioned earlier below the Earth's disc. It likewise specifies the Greek mythological River Tartarus will be used for fallen angels. I'm not sure if Tartarus was a physical river or not. It draws an analogy to Gehenna, once a fiery altar for human sacrifice turned into burning refuse of a dump. I don't think this is meant to be an exact physical location.

It pertains to the rotation of the earth. A flat disk can't rotate but I kinda get where you are coming from. In other versions it says that it is TURNED as CLAY to the seal" (king james) this implies that the earth rotates. Not like a coin but like a lump of clay. Do you follow now?

This refers to the common concept of God as the master potter, evident especially in Job. The same concept is used of humans. The writer of Job is suggesting that God not only can mold humans as clay vessels (as he sees fit), but that he shapes all of creation. One can't take 38:14 out of even the immediate context 38:12-15 that refers to the Sun traversing the sky to grasp both edges of the Earth in order to shine heat on the clay to repair the broken piece.

Neither of them exist, so it doesn't matter.

I don't really think they're so much dimensions as they are actual places to become. Try this story. There is an asylum and the prominent doctor on sight continually tells the inmates, "Look this building is coming to ruins. You need to focus on what I keep telling you, get yourself fit, and loose the fear of going outside. Otherwise you'll be left completely alone, and never get well, or come to me again." Those who listen and believe will have the opportunity to live and grow. Those who don't trust will forever be left in the ruins, paraniod, searching, and always angry that they no longer get any attention. So to me it's more or less our pick of our final home that is being prepared.

"Heaven is where God is." The place referred to in this question is called the "third heaven" and "paradise" in 2 Corinthians 12:1-4, where the apostle Paul tells of a living man who was "caught up" to heaven and was unable to describe it. The Greek word translated "caught up" is also used in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 in describing the rapture, wherein believers will be caught up to be with the Lord. These passages have led to the conclusion that heaven is beyond the earth's airspace and beyond the stars.http://www.gotquestions.org/where-is-Heaven.html

Yes! Heaven is the Las Vegas of Christian imagination; while hell is the unprecedented concentration camp of their god!!
