What does it mean when you have weird pounding pains in your bones?

Im 15 and i have weird pounding pains in my finger joints my toes and the middle of my shin bone it hurts for a few minutes then goes away but comes back often but after a few weeks it stops then comes back about 2 months later. anyone have ideas to what it is?

There are many causes of bone pains, all from different health conditions. You should go see an orthopedic in order to know what is causing the pain. It's possible to actually bruise your bones too which could be the source of the pain

Everybody gets pounding in the bones. It means that your bones are getting stronger or theyre growing
