Heres what I do. Turn off all the lights, go to the bathroom, drank a nice glass of milk and eat a light snack (yogurt, a few pretzels, strawberrys, etc...), next turn off the tv or computer, play some soothing music, get comfortable and close your eyes. if you keep worrying make a worry box and put it outside of your bedroom. it should have a slit in the top, write your worry on a piece of paper and slip it in. imagine the worry slipping away and try to relaxe and be ad peacful as possible. do not get up for anything and soon you'll be asleep. dont forget to set an alarm.
The obvious answer is get off the internet and go to sleep. To help you do this, eat 2-5 ounces of turkey lunch meat and chase that down with a big glass of milk (does NOT have to be warmed). Always works for me.
