Do the women inmates at Riverside Correctional Facility, located in Phila.,PA. get internet access?

The Riverside Correctional Facility avails computers to the inmates so they probably have internet access. The facility also has classrooms for education and vocational training. Thank you. I had a feeling that might be the case. My daughter is there now. She seems to find certain things out before I even talk with her. I know that I am her free call everyday however I didn't think about other methods that she may be using to stay connected to her outside life.I did see that the prison has those classrooms available along with the gym. However, my daughter claims that they are in lock down for most of the day, nobody gets to use the facilities. I found that hard to believe so I thought I would ask.
