How do you stop little brothers' from turning into arrogant jerk-faces?

You leave the country until they have passed through puberty, gone to college, graduated, fallen in love and gotten married. They still turn into arrogant little jerk-faces, but you don't have to put up with them!

Shock collar that comes with remote and make sure he can remove it do the tie him so you can see him if he tries to get it off shock him

You can't only your parents have that power. You can always encourage your brothers though, and remember that they are still growing up. We were all jerk-faces at some point...
