I can't gain even a little fat to turn into muscle. I'm lost as to what to do.

Weight bearing exercises and resistances exercises will help you gain Pecs fast. Pushups are some of the exercises that will help you use your upper arms and the front part of your upper chest. patience and lots of training your known as a hard gainer so am i but ive figured how to gain muscle still. whats your weight and i can help you out

Hey I'm like 105-110 and have the same problem. I heard peanut butter helps with weight gain. Suggestions?

well you guys should consume at least 2300 calories a day dont go over 3000 if you consume to much youll know cause you get sick. another thing is you need to watch your protein intake i would max 150 grams and a minimum of 100grams. this should help you gain wieght it worked for me dont focus one part do all of your muscles youll gain weight quicker. i also do dropsets they work for me i work with my highest weight then do three sets decreaseing weight each set. this helped me gain weight i gained 6lbs in one week. and every two weeks change your exercises that target that specific muscle so that you dont get muscle memory which will help you build muscle quicker after like one week of switching it up you can back to your normal scedhule. also dont jog or run until you gain weight maybe to your goal cause it slims and tones your muscle causeibg you to lose weight. but still workout your legs you can gain alot of weight there. also garbage in garbage out so stay away from junk food. sets goals for every week like a pound is a healthy weight gain per week if mre than that your lucky. protien powder and weight gainers help you reach your daily protien intake. if you have more questions email me at paintballfreak2010@gmail.com
