What do you do when your an ask moderator?

We are active and vocal participants inside and outside of Ask, spurring conversations, listening, informing, connecting, and generally making the Ask community a great place. Keeping the Ask community a clean and inviting place for questions and answers is a top priority. While we do enforce the community guidelines, we are also here to help make your experience within the community as awesome as possible.

Yes, the Moderator position is a paid, part-time, position. We don't look for new Moderators very often, but when we do, we'll post a job listing on our Careers page: http://hire.jobvite.com/CompanyJobs/Careers.aspx?c=qXY9VfwJ&su=fsY9Vfwe&cs=93q9Vfwh)
You must be at least 18 years old to apply and have proven moderation experience in order to be considered.

It's neither polite nor professional to ask or discuss how much someone is paid in a company. In fact, some employers contracts specifically forbid discussing compensation with others. If you have more questions about employment with Ask.com, please contact the HR department regarding open positions.

Mostly they answer questions and remove a lo-o-o-o-o-ot of answers and some questions too.
