Why does this mean?

Ok, someone Asked a Question last night on Ask.com and she had a Picture, Name, and all the Information filled in on her Profile, but later all those things disappeared and her Name became "copa" with a bunch of Numbers after it, then her Question disappeared..? why is this? what does this mean??

Hi kimmy94 this means the user was under age and their account had to be removed. Federal Regulations require websites that allow direct contact between members to have minimum age requirement, if the person states they are under that age they can not be allowed on the site

You have to be 13 or older. If somebody reports you, the ask.com people will delete your account.

This meant that this person was under aged or someone hacked into her account and vandalized it

Maybe he said so either on his Profile or in a Answer/Conversation
