What is a good way to get an awkward silence to end between 2 friends that like each other but there parents won't let them date?

I told her that I liked her and she said that she liked me. We used to be grreat freinds but now that I asked her out and her parents said no because we live in 2 different states we haven't really talked much. Plz help.

um it is a tough issue but.first of all who are your parents if they tell u who not to date an emotional and.physical attravtion is something shared by two people for a reason and the harder they fight.it the more u want it , to end the ackward silence u two need to talk about why there is an ackward silence and more so the whole issue of your parents trying to keep u apart the best solution really is.to just say "why is there an ackward silence right.now?" no jokes try it out

then she isnt being.honest with you and she does.know and.either doesnt wanna ackonwledge it or is too afraid to tell u
