I am dizzy a lot of the time. Just looking up can make me dizzy. Is that a sign of low blood pressure?

Report as

Yes. Lightheadedness is frequently caused by a quick drop in your blood pressure and also the blood flow to your head. You should consult with your doctor, and you can find out more information here http://www.webmd.com/brain/tc/dizziness-lightheadedness-and-vertigo-topic-overview.

Yes low iron can cause this however many other things can as well. For example medications, certain illnesses and allergies. I've suffered with dizziness many times and 9 out of 10 times it was fluid in my middle ear. Our balance comes from our middle ears so if there's fluid in there (caused by allergies, common colds etc) then you can experience the feeling of dizziness or vertigo. That's why when you spin around in a circle and then stop the room feels like it's still moving. It's because the fluid inside your middle ear is swishing around. Best to always get checked out though. Good luck
