The most comfortable for you, when you sit at the couch and your neck doesn't hurt, I mean you don't have to rise your head to watch tv,I had Te bad experience with mine we had to fix the holes in the wall and redo them, because it was too high, that when we sat down at the couch our neck hurt.
The approximate height for a wall mounting TV is 7 feet. They normally have guides for easy installation. Their slender shape and light weight makes them ideal for wall mounting. You should read the precautions before mounting the TV.

There is no hard and fast rule. You should find a height that is comfortable to watch, and works with surrounding furniture and architecture. If you think of it as artwork then the center would be 57" off the ground. If you are mounting in a bedroom you will want to mount it higher and angle down slightly to better view from bed. I cut a template from the box it came it in and used that figure out where best to mount it.
