suggestion: get one of those over-sized exercise balls and sit on that when you are on your computer...its get for your core abdominals.you'll get a mini work out on top of your regular exercise program.
Everyday would be correct. Your ab muscles, and calf muscles are the only muscles on your body you can work on a daily basis. Another person made a good point, if you have belly fat, your abs won't show. Get a DVD that focuses specifically on your abs. That's your best bet.
everyone that said everyday is wrong every other day cuz if you just do it everyday your not giving time to let your muscles regenerate and get better your just constantly strechting them and not letting them heal and it takes longer to get results but if you do it every other day itll show alot quicker , try doing insanity and p90x both work great and you notice they make you work out your abs only EVERY OTHER DAY
Ab workouts are great, but for abs to show you have to get a lower body fat percentage, which means do abs every other day and high intensity cardio or sport every other day. There's your key to success.
Be careful not to over work your abs, they are like any other muscle and need time to rest so that they grow, when you do them every day they don't have time to rest and your progress will take a lot longer. Try doing them three times a week, and check your progress. There is a layer of fat around your abs, that you will hard to get rid of unless you are a body builder, so when you do your abs concentrate on that muscle, crunch it up when you do them, and think about just working the abs at that time. The thing that is more important than exercising the abs, is you have to watch you DIET, and eat a lot of fruits and vegs, then soon you will feel them even though you can see them, but that is the start of what you are looking for.
