Height is a somewhat necessary condition for one to be a pilot. It would however depend on where and how you are going to train. This is for you to be able to comfortable handle the plane controls. However, this condition is mostly nonexistent for commercial licensing.

Not that I have found. The seats and pedals are adjustable. I did find however reference to Cathay airlines, minimum height is 5'2". Air Force on the other hand may have restrictions did not check there.

I've flown ever since I was six and then I was 4'3 so yes, and the seats in most aircraft are adjustable
