Romney has none. He criticized Newt Gingrich for ethics violations. Perhaps that's what you're referring to

Mitt Romney's campaign was also in trouble in the state of this year because the Republican establishment and conservative media have expressed their doubts in his capacity to be an electable in the primaries as well as the general election. Many argue that his smear tactics and mainstream media connivance are not also helping the situation.

I was thinking the same thing Gobucks. Smear tactics? Some wish he would start retaliating for Obama's smear tactics. Instead he says Obama is a nice man. His campaign has never been in trouble. He has run a great campaign to have gotten this far, especially having the main stream media campaigning for Obama (again)
