If someone applies for a community college, how long would it take them to reply with acceptance or disapproval?

It may take the Community College two weeks to reply with acceptance or disapproval. For example at St. Louis Community college, if you desire to be a regular student taking 1 to 18 credits hours, you will be forced to bring high school transcript showing your GED scores.
