is it weird if you work out for 30 and you get a sudden headache ?
i worked out and for no reason , my head starts hurting like hell. it only lasted about 2 minutes
You may also be stressing your neck muscles. Since I can't see your workout can't be sure. Throwing your head back too hard will give you a headache. Just be aware of head placement during your workout.
Not enough water in your system will do that (Dehydration)
Sometimes you might be dehydrated. Make sure your getting enough H2o in your body. Also, could be low blood sugar levels
If head aches persist go see a doctor.
You either are dehydrated or didn't have enough to eat
try drinking more water. if you cant seem to stomach that much then try adding crystal light it will make it more tasty
