Intern at a law office? You can honestly turn any kind of work experience into a great resume. Now post-grad, I work at a cushy job with great benefits and my resume included the time I worked at Dairy Queen in high school. According to my resume, I was in charge of handling the register accounts (aka I counted the money at the end of the shift), I developed excellent customer service skills (aka I took ice cream orders from stupid people), and I was able to multitask and perform any and all levels of the job with ease (aka I made food, fixed register problems, cleaned bathrooms, etc).
It's all about how you spin it. This stuff was on my resume and my first job out of college was actually a receptionist/translator at an immigration legal firm.
