What is the best, quick weight loss diet plan, without pills?

Healthy eating and exercise. Only proven healthy way to do it. Diet pills don't work. If they did, don't you think EVERYONE would be skinny?

Imo diet pills work, but theyre bad for you and make you feel like crap, and it's easy to put the weight back on easily when you stop taking them, you need cardio and to strain your muscles, when your muscles are repairing themselves, they are burning calories
