My friend is being abused!!!! What should i do?

My friend came to my house a while ago and she seemed quite upset, so i asked her what was the matter and when she told me i was so shocked. She was addopted when she was about 8 (which i already knew). She said that when she moved in she felt realy welcome. A short while after her dad started being agressive towards her. When she turned 11 her dad began showing her P.o.r.n videos and telling her that she needed to lear this stuff. He also started to make her W*** him off and give him BJs (among other things).After a while she said he stoped doing these things.
She is 15 now and very recently he has started doing all this stuff to her again. I said she should tell her mum, but she sais that he told her if she was to tell her mum she would be taken away from them.
She is also covered in bruises on her back and up herr legs and she tells me iin other places too, this is from where he beats her if she dosnt do as he tells her.
I am very worried because if this gets any worse i couldnt bare to think of what else he may do to her... i want to tell someone but i have to respect her whishes, that she dosnt want anyone to know... Please please give me some advice on what to do.

Please do something to help her! Her mom has to be told. Then if nothing is done the police need to be involved. She don't deserve this and she will be mentally damaged for life if it's not stopped. If she has to be taken away from that her adoptive family then it's for the better. If you really are a good friend you will go against her wishes. She will appreciate you in the end. Your not a friend if you don't get this stopped!

Thankyou for your advice. Also thankyou to everyone else who commented and gave theor support, everyones answers have been very helpful. Now i have realised that i cant just sit back and whatch this happen, i will deffinetly do something about it.

The best thing to do is to report the case to the authorities. This is a child abuse incident, and worse could happen unless the father is stopped. You may ask a close member to assist in convincing her to report the case.

This is child abuse and it could get a lot worse as it goes on like the dad abusing his wife or raping your friend. You should really report this to the police

the best thing to do is tell the police i once went through something similar and i guess it can get worse so i suggest tell the police or someone that you two can count on.

Oh my gosh that's awful! Call the police and they will deal with it appropriately. The authorities know how to deal with stuff like that. Don't worry you and your friend will be okay.

Oi your friend is being raped and abused by her father, bloody do something! Don't let it progress farther. You call the cops or I do, already have the chiefs number!
