Quick, simple salmon fillet recipe includes 2 salmon fillets, lemon slices, garlic powder and tarragon. Put the salmon skin side down on a tin foil in the baking sheet. Lemon butter, fresh ground pepper. Fresh lemon slices, garlic gloves are another option. Fresh salmon is great plain, you really don't need to add heavy sauces or anything to compete with the flavor. Broiler, oven, grill, a few minutes, it's perfect.

Good point. I usually cook some sort of heavily herb crusted recipe & it gets old after awhile. Thanks Bubbi, will also try the "less is more" approach. :0)
