I want buy a fat of cow where I can but it I live in Houston Texas please help " I mean fat of cow "

What you need to do is to look for a butcher's shop; they usually sell fat from the cows they slaughter. Any of the local markets selling meat might also have the fat. You can also find beef tallow and beef fat in any grocery store.
