Maybe he is saying different stuff to you. Hint you on things that you never thought about. And give you random complements.

The most evident way in which guys can tell that a girl loves them is how much she talks with him and the time they spend together. If a girl keeps asking for the girl's company, then it's clear she likes him. All the same, the guy has to be very keen on observing this signs so as not to be confused.
