Even if she does all of that she wants it for texting which means she wants to send it to someone and the text will be the default text for the receivers phone so the receiver will not see the fancy text
You can change the font on your iPhone for texting by having your phone jail broken and getting an SMS application for your iPhone. However, it will still be hard for you if you try to put your phone in landscape mode either when texting or checking and e-mail because e-mail and texting can only be done in portrait mode not unless you jailbreak your phone.
Colormail (AppStore) lets you change the fonts. Later you can copy/paste the text. Works for mail but really, for sending SMS it's useless, as you're going to be the only one too see it, as said by Johnreal.
