hmm.. they say yogurt prevents thirst. So you might want to try taking a few spoons of it. And I read somewhere that one might want to eat a date or two yo prevent weakness. Also eat something healthy and not light in sehri. May God Almighty bless you. :)
Well, I know Ramadan is over. I'm a Muslim too. But just to let you know, it doesn't really matter what you eat in Sehri. Although, you shouldn't eat too much because then that kills the point in fasting and gives you stomach problems. You should eat light things and drink a lot of water or juice.
