I prefer waffles too. The little squares hold more peanut butter than flat ol' pancakes.

Waffles are best when made into an ice cream sandwich. Pancakes are best when rolled up with fruit and whipped cream. Depends what you're in the mood for.

OMG.. I love LOVE biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes o'brien... Oh yeah, and add a short stack with maple syrup.. So, umm.. Pancakes then... ;)
