If you were inbred and had 6 toes on each foot would you be accepted into the Olympic swim team?

What if you had a lot of fingers as well.

If you were inbred and had 6 toes on each foot, you cannot be accepted into the Olympic swim team. This is considered as an offence, which is punishable by disqualification. You cannot be accepted if you have lot of fingers as well.
