please read this, college HELP!!

If I attend a community college would that make me a resident? Like i dont have an American passport or a green card, how can i be a resident?

No it does not make you a resident. Only being a citizen makes you a resident. International students don't qualify as residents, they pay higher tuition as do out-of-state residents (like, you're from another state and choose to attend a college in another state but don't have plans to permanently move to that state).

Attending a college at a certain place does not make you a resident of that place. You have to apply for residency for you to qualify as a resident. You will only be acknowledged as a non resident student by the college.
