How do I get a work permit in Indiana? I'm 14.

To get a permit in Indiana at 14, you need to provide a written notice from the employer. The notice should indicate the total amount of hours to work and duties. You are then supposed to take the form along your birth certificate to the high school. The permitted number of hours to work in three hours on school days and eight on non school days.
