I like to pretend I'm part of the track and field events and I throw a javelin across my living room.

I watch it plenty on television, but all I do differently is scream: "GO, HURRY IT UP! GO! GO! GO!" to the athletes that I would like to end in victory. My family thinks that I am insane when I do this; my brother even filmed me during Beijing!
Hope I helped :)

I don't watch it anymore. It's strayed far from it's original purpose. It has become like the UN, too political. I remember a time when it was friendly competition, like in the golden age of Greece.

But, you must be preety old (no offense at all), cause its been political for along time.

Not that old. Take the case of Lebanese athletes being offended because they didn't want to practice next to Israeli athletes. Pretty childish don't ya think. It's gotten a lot worse in the last 20 years or so, or it seems to me anyways..<g>
