can I take flexeril or mirtazapine for sleep after a 3 day adderall (amphetamine salts) binge or will there be bad drug interaction?

i have taken approximately 300 mg instant release amphetamine salts in the past three days. I really want sleep and yesterday I took all of my temazepam. I just took a suboxone and the only pills I have strong enough to put me to sleep are Flexeril and Remeron. The reason I ask is because both drugs have seratonergic property. Im too burnt to remember if amphetamine mixed with either will cause seratonin syndrome. I just took some Valium and Klonopin, but my tolerance to benzos is so high it doesn't matter. I am having a severe comedown from the amps so someone please answer if you can?

Flexeril will not induce sleep. Mixing remeron with an already high dose of temazepam is dangerous. Both can be used with Adderall, but if you've OD'd on Adderall and mixed it with Benzos, you really should see a doctor. I know it's the weekend. Go to an ER if you have to. Keep this up until Monday and you might not be alive. I've been there, legally too. I know it sucks. But you've got to get some sleep and you can't risk mixing any more drugs.

I believe that is safe. Flexeril is fairly safe. Try calling a 24 hour pharmacy to make sure though.

Don't give advice if you don't know. The combination he has already taken is dangerous. Adding Remeron to the mix would not be safe. Mixing psychotropic drugs can be fatal. It's not the area to be giving uneducated opinions.

Yes flexeril is safe in most circumstances, but it's related to the tricyclic anti depressants and I wasn't secure enough do to amphetamine psychosis to remember if amps in addition to being dopaminergic have action at seratonin also. Seratonin syndrome is rough! thanks for your answer :)

Jk garret. Re-read! I advised they called a pharmacist! Smh!!! I take muscle relaxers and pain pills on a daily basis!! Took flexeril for years! Those aren't nothing!!

I agree on Flexeril. It's mixing the Remeron with all the others that can cause Serotonin syndrome, like he said.

Yep, totally. That's why I'd call a pharmacist. They would tell him if he would be okay. Trust me, I've called them several times to make sure I could mix certain things. I take opiates so I'm always scared to take something I'm unsure of. You gotta be careful. Pharmacies are nice about helping answer those questions:)

Remember the straw that broke the camels back, that camel had a realy high tolerance too. Im a retired Rock drummer, I've seen so many people ruin their lives with drugs. Taking meds to help fall asleep, is like crashing your car into your house each time you want to come home.

The flexeril I have taken is a muscle relaxer and I did get sleepy. You really should talk to a doctor. GOOD LUCK

Oh I understand what I am doing is wrong, I am an addict, however, right now I am delirious and highly dysphoric. Thank you for your help.

I don't judge right and wrong when it comes to addictions, but I do judge safe vs potentially lethal.
