Stay active, go for a walk. If you can't get outside, utilize the stairs in your home if you have,when you feel yourself start to fade, have a glass of orange juice (our whatever you associate with the morning ---NOT caffeine---that'll get you're body completely out of sync) - then do the dishes, dust, anything to hero the blood flowing - with headphones if you can - anything to keep busy!
Stay busy doing things and keep your mind occupied with things of interest to you. Keep going and the desire for sleep with leave until you want to go to sleep. Do NOT sit for long peroids of time, DO NOT relax Stay busy.
Some of the things you can do to make sure you stay away all day include going for a long walking and doing some exercises. You can also go to watch a movie with some of your friends or do some of your hobbies.
