What is this white fly attacking my ficus bushes?

What kinda spray will stop it?

It's exactly that. "White Fly"... Use anything with "Neem Oil" in it. It's a natural pest control that won't harm your Ficus, or any other plants/trees that you may have...Home Depot or any garden supply store will have it...I can't stand Whiteflies, especially on my Plumerias...

The whitefly attacking your ficus bushes might be the ash whitefly or Siphoninus Phillyreae. To get rid of it, you need to spray insecticides on the bush. Contact a dealer in an agro vet store so that he or she can recommend the best insecticide to use.
