How do i get water out of my nissan altima 07 engine?

If it's because of a bad head gasket witch is the case most the time. U have to take it apart and soakup the water with towels and replace the gaskets.

Drain/replace the oil. the H2O should come out with it.

To get water out of the Nissan altima 07 engine, drain all the oil from the tank, dry the wiring with a fan and clean the carburetor. Turn the motor over but take the plugs out of the engine, put the plugs back in and then start the vehicle. Shut the car down and change the filter, seek professional help if the car is not running.
