It all depends on what sport you want to play. And if that so then think about how good are you in this sport. so you could choose out of one of the sports you want to play or best fits your skills. Either play Football or Basketball could be one
Tkd it's fun and trains your attitude while it build you up. if so try to find ITF don't let the big groups of wtf fool you they don't have as much skill. we win the fights but they're popular...
