Will I lose weight in 22 days if i jog/run 30 min. or more everyday?
You can manage to lose weight by jogging and running for 22 days. However, you will be required to increase your running hours with time, and not stick to just the 30 minutes. You may consider listening to music while running, to help you jog more.
And if u want to loose weight u have to do everything the person above me said and eat healthy also
