Stretch marks are caused by stretching the skin through rapid gain, or loss of weight. The only way to remove the mark is to remove the excess skin. Sometimes gaining weight will make it appear less noticeable. You can improve the appearance with Shea butter, palmers creme or other topical products, however they can't be removed unless it's done surgically.
You can get rid of stretch mark naturally, without the use of surgery or laser. Rub lotion vigorously to the stretch marks, to stimulate the surface skin cells. Soak in a bath tab and massage the stretch marks. The method will take some time to get rid of them, but it is the safest.
