If you try to fail and succeed which have you done, failed or succeeded?

You have either failed to succeed at failing OR succeeded to fail at failing

You technically succeeded if your talking about the overall results. For example, if I'm trying to jump and I do you would just say that I succeeded. Now, if we are talking about specifics you would say I jumped. So it depends on what your referring to.

You have succeeded because you obtained your objective which was to fail.

If your trying to fail and you succeed, to others it will look like you failed, but you will know that you succeeded.
