How do i unblock the control panel

i cant access my space ,Facebook or see emails???????????

If it's not your computer, it's illegal to unblock the control panel. If it's your computer, then you can go to the administrator account and change the Prohibit access to the Control Panel setting on its control panel. You can go to http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/16189/configure-what-items-are-available-in-control-panel-or-completely-disable-it-in-windows-7/ for help.
