Go NBC.com. Assuming you are in the USA that is the sole station that carries the olympics. Even a news site will keep you up to date.

You can stay up to date with the 2012 Olympics on the events, results, schedules and online listing at http://www.nbcolympics.com/. The site has grouped the events according to their category in the form of Gymnastics, Swimming, Athletics and Tennis.
