Nails are made out of protein so you may want to look at your protein intake. There are many powdered protein products (such as pea protein powders, etc.) that can be added to smoothies. Good digestion is also important. You can eat all you want but if you're not digesting it it won't help. Juicing cucumbers can help a bunch.
Let them sit in warm water for a while. You can get into a jacuzzi, or better known as a hot tub. You can take baths and showers, so they can get a little water under and over the nails. You can ask the chinese women at the beauty salon that do your nails, too...L.O.L!

Use Puritan's Pride Nail, Hair & Hair Vitamin, plus take 2 gelatin capsules daily. I also rub pure Argan oil on them daily. My nails are growing at least 1/3 inch a month. It takes a few months, but don't give up. It really works. Also, a glass of milk daily doesn't hurt! Try using the new nail gel to strengthen them while they start growing and getting stronger.
