What are good exercises to gain muscle?

I do handstands all the time trying to hold as long as i can also against walls and be as tight as i can and hold them i also do many sit ups as possible and candle ups.

If you wanna cut to the chase, start doing weight training. That's the fastest way to build muscle. Don't worry about gaining a ton of muscle really fast and looking like a man. That won't happen. Women do not produce testosterone like men, so their muscle gain is a lot slower.

- lateral jumps.
- lifting weights (20+)
- diamond pushups.
- pull ups.
- planks.
- Sprints.

Crunches and push ups helped me alot and weights.
When u do weights u have to do another exersise like lateral raises and squats or whatever of your choice. It burns more calories and works your muscules better. It'll improve both and gain bigger and better muscules. It helped me alot and ive only been doin it fo a month.

single leg push ups, jack knives, crunches, russian torso twists, v ups These are all body weight exercises that are easy to learn and are effective

Barbell training has helped me gain some muscle but if you don't want to use weights push ups and pull ups work the whole upper body. Body weight squats will take care of the lower body. How much muscle are you looking to get?

On day one, make sure to work the shoulders, chest, and triceps. On day two, focus on cardio for at least 20 minutes or longer. This should be a high-intensity workout. Day three consists of working biceps and back, while day four is doing different abdominal exercises. Day five is all about legs. Incorporate weight training exercises such as the military press, bench press, dead lifts, double bar dips, curls, barbell biceps, lunges, and squats.

Women shouldn't over-train or participate in marathon weightlifting sessions. You shouldn't try too many things at one time. It's better to allow 24 and 48 hours between workouts so muscles can rest. Muscles continue to burn fat even while at rest, which is why weightlifting is so important.

Make sure to warm up before starting any bodybuilding routine, too.

Dumbbells are great for assistance exercises,Properly selected bodyweight exercises can build muscle rapidly.A great exercise to build muscle on the arms.
